Raleigh Portage decal supplier

Does anyone know where I can get a set of decals for a Raleigh Portage? I expect it would be in the US as that is where that model was sold and I have checked Lloyd's and Bikedecals.net but no luck there. There is a good restoration thread on another site which names VeloCals but they have now closed apparently and Ebay.com has a partial set which would be a start.
Any information would be appreciated.

Steve at Lloyd's can make copies. He's done some for me and they've been great. Not cheap mind you.
