Don't really know anything about MTB's But a RSP made out of 853 must be good. just want a bike to tag along with some of my hardcore MTB riding mates....and when it is too icy on the roads, to go training on! :D

These are as rare as hens teeth, I think only a handful were ever built and sold.
You'll find the dynatechs and RSP Titanium are quite common but these 853 framed beauties and their Reynolds Optima framed brethren are extremely rare.

I was looking for either of these two mentioned steel framed RSPs for many months, this is too big for me, but luckily I've managed to find an Mtrax 350 Elite with Optima frame and that's going to be my new keeper.

I hope you buy it and keep it, and I think it'd look nice with a set of lightweight SIDs or even some Pace rigid forks.
