to plate a frame with 24K you are looking at nearly 5 figures done properly.

I remember seeing one of these on listed on Gumtree up in Cramlington about 18 months ago. Not something you see everyday. GLWS...

gold wasnt exactly free than either, hence it was done over chrome.
Chromium must have been relatively low-cost once, in the 70s everything was chromed.
