This is a 1999/2000 Principia 700.

Originally purchased the 1999 version, a beautiful burgundy metallic frame with silver decals. A crash a few months after purchase meant the frame and forks were replaced, with the 2000 silver version.

The bike originally came with a Gipiemme wheelset paired to 105 hubs, which were replaced with Alex ALX440 wheels in 2018.
In 2021, I had the frame resprayed, and added fresh decals. Overall, the bike got refurbished, with some original Shimano 105 parts left on, and some replaced with newer (used) 105 componentry. The saddle was replaced, with a 2nd hand seatpost put on as well.

Overall, the bike has had light use for it's age.

Unfortunately, I am no longer able to utilise the bike as much as it deserves, so am looking to sell it.

I am hoping to get in the region of £450. Any interest?
