PC Gurus Needed - New Build PC Will Not Start

Been a while since I built a PC and I've never had a faulty CPU, but had several faulty PSU's and this is something that at least two of them have done.

Well then ... lost my bottle on trying to boot out of case ; so instead took new board out both to check for any rogue standouts and to try it in my old case/PSU setup. Same problem ; runs for very short time and stops. New case/PSU setup booted my old board fine so it's down to board ; CPU or maybe both. Cooler maybe isn't totally certified ; but I chose it based on it being part of a bundle I saw at an online computer retailer so someone else must think it's OK! I'm not out of the woods yet but I can at least see some light ; would like to thank everyone sincerely for their input here ; it really has helped.
So back to business ; how much is my bike worth and is it a Zasker?

Nah, the cooler can't be the problem. My money is on the board being okay but the CPU being faulty.
