Paypal - WTF is going on???

Something weird

apparently on 20.11.2008, someone sent me £463 - ????

Its news to me!

My account has never had more than £100 in it.

This transaction mysteriously appears on my account and I get an email to say this has been 'reversed' and I now owe this person £440 (my existing blance of £23 wiped out by fees).

Something is not right, its the second time this has happened. I cant even close my account!

I need to call them too. When I choose the Paypal option when on CRCs website I get the various addresses for delivery- home, work etc. but now there is a third address for some woman in Kansas. Very strange.
