Thanks dudes...I see neill's another elevated type guy. I had 2 Alpinestars that used to look great next to it - an Al-Mega and an all-pearl Cro-Mega. Broke the Cro and the Al got stolen back in 96 maybe...had those weird ProForx with extra travel and the extended dropout. Had delusions of racing for them - Alpinestars Ambassador they called it...alas, college got in the way of all my dreams and they stopped selling bikes. Didn't know about Funks back then, probably a good thing. Very sweet.
