OK so I'm having a problem with the dreaded clicking sound coming from my eccentric bearing/BB area on my 2001 i-Drive 4.0

I've had a read of various suggestions on this thread.

Here is the list of the work I've done to try to stop it:

Completely stripped the i-Drive mechanism replaced one bearing and cleaned the other (one had disintegrated the other was nearly new), greased, reassembled and tightened (not too much).
Added nylon washers to the dogbone linkage.
Replaced and torqued the BB.
Torqued the cranks and made sure the pedals are tight.

I'm going to replace the bushes on my rear shock later but I don't think that will make a difference to this problem.

I'm about out of ideas what else I can do to stop the clicking when I put any real pressure on the pedals, it rides alright but its annoying.

If anyone has any suggestions that may help I would really appreciate the input, thanks.

Also if anyone knows where I can get the cage bearings for the eccentric bearing from that'd be great as I'd like to get some spares at some point.
