Orange racer ?

That's the thing with retro bikes, some things forever remain a mystery.
But hopefully someone comes along who can perhaps narrow it down a bit.

the frame just doesn't say early or mid 90's
the mech hanger style for one.
I'd hazard a quess at that way too either 1999 if F is a month, or mid 00's if it is a year.

One of the guys on retro a orange page reckons it’s one of these

It's not a D2, they are an earlier frames to this and still used A-Pro hanger from the early 00's ( a slot in style as found on 1992 Aluminium-O and mid to late 90's Marin's made by A-Pro.

They also have mainly round tubes with a slight oval on some and wishbone stays.
There is at least one on the forum. @jonnyboy666
