Okay, so I've changed the title so you know what it is...

An early-ish Orange E2!

It's not a great example, it's fairly battered and has had the headtube welded in two places - but it's mine, I'm building it for me, so I'm not fussed if it's not minty perfect (the parts I'm going to use aren't that's for sure).

It's currently sitting in the garden, cooking in the the glorious evening sunshine after a dusting of etch primer. It will never polish up to a standard, so paint it will have to be.

I'll post some more pics just as soon as there's something worth looking at.

Yes, very... Almost feel delicate when you handle it, like it's too flimsy to ride. Probably won't see more than a sea front prom on a Sunday afternoon anyway!

Hi-build wet sanded back with 1200 wet'n'dry (the finest I had in the drawer), and grey primer now added.

Let that harden off for a few days, and wet sand that back before adding colour.
