Think there's very few would be interested in exactly what order their bike came off the production line,
From around 92 the first letter was the plant/factory (eg A for A-Pro) followed by year & month so A211 would be an A-Pro build from Nov 1992. The rest of the number is likely to be the incremental production number so you could be right but most owners aren't so hung up on that part. Maybe Orange will confirm for you.
