Perhaps I can answer this for Vinevo as this is the O that I sold him a couple of weeks ago. The frame was powdercoated by a firm in Bolton but I'm damned if I can remember their name - that said, there's loads of places that do powder coating so I suspect you'll be able to find somewhere local to you. The only problem with powder coating is you can't get a matt finish so you may want to look up a car body shop if you want to go down that route
