the plus side of a 650 wheel was that it accelerated quicker than the normal 700c,and obviously the wheel and tyres weigh less.the main downside was the are very twitchy and not very pleasant due to the handling

often used by triathlete,s. and the less said about them the better

Dave Lloyd did a lot of personal research and changed the frame geometry specifically to suit 650c wheels for tri / tt use.

Hopefully it will fetch a good price, as there is a BIG Concept '90 on ebay at present at over £200, with a few hours to go.
