Here's a couple of pics, I dunno if it is a block or a cassette, it has been called both by various bike shops in the last 24 hours...

Looks like there is a nos suntour replacement on eVilbay....
Hopefully it'll be up and running soon!
Its about time I put many more miles on it!

like keith says, its not that bad a job. Hardest bit is making you dont lose any ball bearings. I'd leave it in situ on the wheel - theres some resistance then when youre using a puch to unscew the end plate.

It's a screw-on freewheel - readily available from your bike shop or mail-order. New Sunrace ones on ebay are £11. I'd run some oil in there first. If not, I'd just replace because of the pawls are damaged, it'll likely fail again in the future and replacement ones are cheap.
