Yes, this is an after pic. Close to finishing. I bought this Presto around 2009/2010 in a town not far away in Holland. I very well remember when the former owner pulled it out the shed. It was equipped with a weird component mix from manufacturers from Japan, Italy and France. A bit Campagnolo: Nuovo Record headset and Gran Sport HF hub and mechs. Not so high end. The current Nuovo Record equipment is donated by a TI Raleigh 753. The Pelissier wheels come from a 1981 Koga-Miyata FullPro-L. I think only the headset and Unicanitor came with this bike.

Presto is from Amsterdam. Among the builders were Bertus Slesker, Peter Serier and Jan Legrand. I think this frame is from Serier. It is very nicely made with interesting details. Pics follow. For a decade the frame lived in house and now the bike is coming close to completion. The current spec is an improvement over how I got it. The shape is nice, not mint, the frame is my size and could very well serve as rider.

Hi mate
I hope your keeping well.
That is one very lovely Presto and it is a impressive build list too but looks like it was made for it :)

Must be a rider surely :)

I think it is for 1978. I will check the serial#. A couple close up pics:
