Then it could be several different models. The most desirable GT's of the era were the Zaskars and Xizangs. Build it the way you like it and enjoy it.
 
Actually now that I look a little closer it has the earlier style cable stops and it looks like it was probably set up for a U-brake. It's probably from 91-93. It could be a wide variety of cromo GT's.

They are what I used to date it as well, but i don’t think it’s that early

1996 Bravado is a match, same braze ons as this one:

So from some digging around, GT in 1997 released 3 frames with the same cable braze ons, but weirdly removed branding stickers from the tubing labelling them all as Butted Chromo.

I’m guessing the only way to tell the difference is by weight.
