I got back into cycling in 1998 when I purchased a Klein Pulse Pro & then upgraded it, beautiful bike but I was not satisfied that it did not have a disc brake mount on the rear so sold it to a workmate. Then I purchased a Cannondale SL 2000 in matt black & set about upgrading it with full Shimano XTR drivetrain, this had Hayes hydraulic disc brakes which were fitted to Harley Davison motor bikes. Another beautiful bike, but the frame size was to big for me, so I rode it for 12 months & then sold it to another work mate, at this point my wife was a bit pi**ed off with how much money I had lost buying, upgrading & then selling them it a large lose. I did not own another bike until 2010 then I purchased a Pace RC104 frame when I got made redundant & had it built up with Shimano XT, Hope & Thompson, which I still have now & its as good as new, I have also just purchased a pace RC300 from 2003 & in the process of rebuilding it ( See Photos )
