Nice to see you got the Medale D'or sticker in the pic..............true 70's TT Please move the rear wheel so far to the front of the dropout so it looks like it's just about to fall out for the ful effect

RTTC banned those brake levers though Could not be reached when in a "normal riding position" LOL

....... he came 4th in the 1978 25 mile TT champs on a bike with normal brake lever position, still had his tape over the laces on his shoes though.

RTTC then started to chase TT riders with track tubs

Love the Jack Hearne...any ideas who the rider is.Zoomed in on photo and i have the same fork crown,it would nice if mine was a Hearne...Alfs great rival Eddie Adkins weapon of choice.As a schoolboy time trialer in the late 70's we would run brake cables upsidedown through Weinmann levers and drilled bars for the aero look.That SABA looks like new.Great photos of Alf on the "Speed Machine"...would it RTTC legal to race today?
