UPDATE!

600 crank fitted and also gone Biopace (lol i know i know its a sin!)

and ernies original 'wrights' leather saddle is now back on.. looks much better and deffo more comfy!!.. should have listened to dads advice in the first place lol

put about 300 miles on him now and it just gets better and better...

love that bike i do! :)

That looks mint. I've got a Charge Spoon in Brown and I like the way it looks (and how it feels after a couple of hours on the road!) but that Wrights saddle is just perfect.
 
Nice bike. I think Ernie Clements Cycles bought in frames and stickered them up when yours was built. Anyone know who actually made them? Falcon perhaps?

Back in the early days they had their own workshops and produced frames like this one from 1948 that I restored shown here http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/bi ... ts-rb.html

The frame-building side went bust after a few years but the cycle shop continued in business.

nothing bad.. just wasnt the correct 600 hoods and i liked the look of the white ones :)
