My 1939 Claud Butler Super Arrow.

Peachy's right - that's it. She's a beaut. Great job. Although...the first drop bars are more to my liking - what were they? GB Maes?

That looks lovely,i have recently gone from retro mountain bike to road bike (new)and now hankering the vintage bike. They are a work of art and that Claud Butler is lovely.

Here's your bike in the catalogue, (you may have already seen this)

I've got an original 1939 catalogue in my collection, so if you'd like scans of all 29 pages, just PM me your e-mail address. :D

Not sure what the first bars were, I will have a look to see if I still have them.

Anyone else going to Anjou in 2019, my wife and I will be there, maybe meet up ?
Yes I will be going, not sure what bike I will be taking yet.
Will be my 4th year.

That, like you the others in your collection looks a truly stunning bike.
A really nice usable restoration.
