Yeah, I already have a set of MX Comp forks (without the ETA lockout) in 1" 1/8th and I'm quite impressed by them.
My offer was £75 (the Buy It Now was £99), they are apparently minty fresh, so I'm pretty happy with that price, It'll probably cost me almost that much to get the RC38's back up & running, and to be honest finding relatively modern forks with a 1" steerer is not all that easy, so they should fit my bill perfectly
I had some '96 Judy SL's that were 1".... I used them for years and only changed due to a frame upgrade. For general trail riding I still think they are hard to fault.... only 60mm of travel though. 96 was the best year for Judys IMO..
