For sale is a used Pearson carbon frame, full carbon (bar dropouts) fork and headset.
I've measured it and I reckon it's 59cm mid bb to top of seat tube, 54cm mid bb to mid seat/top tube junction. 53cm actual tt length, laying tape along it, 57cm mid seat/top tube junction to mid head tube. 165mm head tube, with 6cm of carbon steerer poking out the top. Takes a 27.2 seat post and will need a seat binder collar thing. I'm 5 11 and it fitted me perfectly.
The only snag is the hanger. I've had to use screws to attach it, as couldn't get the right sized countersunk bolts. But it stays put, and you can always hunt out bolts etc. Or trim the ends of the screws...

Brought and paid for guys. Took me a while but came up with a really interesting project for this....Will be a while before it takes shape though.
