Mixte for men? Am I weird?

I dunno what would differentiate between a men's or woman's bike. I've seen plenty of women ride bikes and they all have the same number of hands, feet and arses.

My thorn touring bike has a slightly sloping top tube. So you can step through if you are carrying a heavy load..
