Minty fresh Dawes Linear 653........just too small :(

Collected this today and I knew from the pictures it was in good condition but I think it has never been ridden.

It is a Dawes Linear 653 with a nearly full 600EX groupset (just the stem missing!) which is in terrific condition. I haven't yet done any research on this model and year but I am thinking around '91-93 based possibly. Does anyone know for sure?

Now there's one slight drawback for me unfortunately.....it's too small at 54cm and the Mrs has just ordered a modern Bianchi so doesn't want it Hence it has been listed for sale on another site as I know myself well enough to know that I will be thinking overnight about pulling all the 600 stuff off of it for another build which would be a shame. I can't pillage this timewarp piece if it isn't with me!

I know it just doesn't feel right to split and pillage. It was listed without size and I hoped for a 56cm but it didn't quite measure up.
