Seems I may have measured the forks wrongly, they are 410 to the bottom of the crown and 435 to the top where the race would go. Sorry for any confusion, not intentional.

As promised here are the pics of the bars and bar ends. The bars have some marks which would be hidden and need some polishing to make them shine like the forks and bar ends.
