Sadly it seems there is just not enough interest in them for it to be economical to make any. B13 who has made some in the past told me recently he would need £500 up front to make a batch of 20 minimum which makes the adaptors at least £25 each (assuming you can get 20 orders)

If there´s enough interest I´ll make some more, they´ll be a bit different, made of stainless steel and chemical blacked, rather than anodised aluminium.
