Next Update on my Marzocchi Bomber Canti Hanger Project : We have been through testing Surface Treadment to make it nice!
On the picture you can see the Canti Hanger made out of Stainless Steel in 2 Variants in the left picture :
Make your own comparisment : Here is my Blog post about the first samples, which have been sandblastet and electrolyzed.
It's in production, polishing may take a while
Arrival expected in January.
FYI : I'm in negotiation of cooperations which means for the moment, that this part might be also available in USA. and other countries as well.
Will inform later about.

That's a somehow mechanical prozess, you can see the very fine marks on the polished surfaces.
The part comes from a casting process and needs a lot of work on the surface.
I first thought the do rotating polish grinding using some plastic stones etc. but they told me they have machine for it. I always like to see pictures from productions and asking continiously, but often they simple forget it or don't have time for it.

Udpate : Little delay, mirror polishing takes a while. Now Chinese New Year 1st February is comming and will delay some weeks (must be a crazy party, they are already in preparing mode!!).
Anyway : it's on it's way and I'm very excited to see the real results in my hands.
