Thanks OB - really helpful, thanks for digging it out. The dropouts shout much later frame than mine. Serial number he is quoting in the notes (3713 or 3213) is odd, since the serial number by then should have moved to the BB, stamped around and not across the bb shell. The graphics are an odd colour - mine were the same font for the Team Titanium across the toptube, but mine were in black. Never seen that odd green colourway. For mine, I de-recalled it as was the fashion back in the 90’s. This one is nice - 1990 and look at the two hole Litespeed dropouts - just like mine.

This is an ‘89 - serial number a bit before mine - and with the ‘89 three hole dropouts rather than the ‘90 two hole ones.

My guess is that those are aftermarket decals - which you could buy for a while in the 90’s - and put older style graphics on a much later frame. Still ti though....
