Might be wrong, but that looks earlier than 98 with those decals

Thinking more like a 96, after that the Specialized and Stumpjumper logos swapped places

Still a very nice bike though and have one myself waiting to be rebuilt for the umpteenth time

I agree on it being a 95 or 96...just need to look up the colors offered for those years.

The gusset gives away the age and I am pretty sure that it isn't a 98 as someone else noted after my post.

98 had a steeper head angle, and squarer improved gusset under there, along with different decals as mentioned with specialized on the downtube and Stumpjumper on the top with the model in small writing tagged on, IE pr or comp.
