Lug and frame identification needed please.

Looking good :) Just out of curiosity where in Hull did the chrome? Stepping back 40 plus years it would have been Wenlock Platers but I guess they closed years ago lol

Quality Chrome in Hull. We had difficulties finding a more local chrome platers. Local bike shop has used this company before. Pleased with the result. The Campagnolo dropouts look great.
 
A mystery no longer!! Back from finishers starting rebuild in the next few weeks.
