Low height headsets - brake caliper fouling issue

Water under the bridge, but illustrates the point about checking what you are getting- Nob's link says: "Tange Falcon 35mm stack", my link says: "Tange Falcon 38mm stack", so either Tange have re-designed the headset, keeping the name, as seems to be their custom, or somebody is not measuring accurately, or has done a typo.
 
If you replace the headset you will need a concave/flat brake spacer it takes up the fork crown shape as said may require a little filing don't get & try to use the rear bridge one the concave angle is all wrong a spike type washer would help to keep the caliper in position
