02gf74......NVA amps use a lot of solid straight wire conections to elimiate this in certain areas of their amps i belive, one of very few that do ?

If the binding posts aren't on a plate on the back of the speaker that can be removed, you have to remove the woofer to get at the insides of the speaker.

To be fair he did use the word quality. To me Maplin are for quick fixes if the good stuff isn't close to hand and frankly bizarre stuff nobody else sells.

no worse than found in the back of most loudspeakers.
