I have to 140's you can try.
The three at the bottom ar 140 I think, the I-beam is 130, you would just need to use some other top cap for testing. The deep a-head work well.
I think black is 1/8, and silvers are inch and inch and eight

That might be a good option - decent length, although I am not sure whether no rise will be a problem. I'll have a think about it and work out what options I would have for the front brake hanger.

Thank you, that looks very nice, but I need 1" rather than 1 1/8" - I already have a nice 1 1/8" superlight I can't use
