Litespeed made Parkpre Pro Elite 1993'ish

Re: Litespeed made Parkpre Pro Elite

I like them too. They look very white in the picture but in the flesh they look darker. One of those Marmite things I guess ... you either love them or hate them. I hate Marmite BTW.

Went for the first tentative test ride this morning. It rides lovely. The gears are super smooth with full cassette range in both chainrings. The 'clutch' rear mech is a revelation, I don't know what it does but it makes the gear change effortless and silent. Brakes are very very good. Forks need a proper strip-down, clean and re-lube so will get on with that next.

Really not feeling the tyres :-(

They do look a bit odd in that pic but they look the business in the flesh - maybe need a ride or two to bed in...

Re:

Custom made springs baby! Got some firmer springs made up for the Pace RC36 Evo forks. Cost a pretty penny but they make a world of difference. Will post pics once I have completed the testing and evaluation process.

Re:

Here they are, fitted only one spring for now but it appears to be spot on. Original spring is the darker one.

Welds smoother than a babies bum.

Re:

Nice job, I like it. Can't wait to see it on the trails. If I had to be critical I would say the saddle needs to be a flite for aesthetics, but other than that it looks good.
Have you fully tested the new springs?
Those welds are particularly lovely
