Light touring bike tire choice

I don't doubt that they are capable of coping with those brutal cobblestone streets, but for loaded touring I think I will go 32mm

challange strada bianca 30mm. I would not use many of tyres mentioned above. my luck with clinchers is not good except for this challange tyre.
 
I'm a Pasela man myself when it comes to touring, and although I never ride fully loaded I do like a bit of gravel. Most of my touring bikes wear 28mm folding Paselas, like this one:

I have used Challenge tires, but with mixed results; a pair of Grifo XS clinchers had a strong tendency to move on the rims under hard braking. Ended up with sheared-off valve stems at the bottom of almost every steep hill ...

These Challenge Strada Bianca tires did better:
