Just having finished my Ritchey WW build, (may help you drop more grams?) I dropped a load of weight off the Cockpit, With Extralite levers, (50.1g) Schmolke bars (73g for 620mm) and Ritchey WCS Superlogic stem (sub 80g) and SR Expert Thumbies. I also used some Carbon fibre bolts in non high stress areas to drop more grammes and a Roadie Cassette.
