Keith Coppell - Value

Hi All,

I have recently purchased this vintage Keith Coppell road bike and it was in awful condition. I have fully stripped the bike and restored it and works perfectly. I was wondering if anybody knows how much these bikes value at?

The answer is whatever it sells for, but as an indicator a Reynolds 501 framed (same material as yours?) Peugeot restored sold for £300 on ebay, but average selling prices for bike with this frame material are usually lower. Yours has some more desirable parts (Shimano 600/Dura Ace etc). Really will also depend if the buyer has a specific interest in this frame builder or not.

Prices on ebay at the moment are all over the place as sellers try to cash in on Corona virus-related bike demand. Hybrids and MTB's are selling well. Can't say if there's a ripple effect into vintage road bikes: I suspect buyers more looking for carbon :cry:
