Also called Super Champion and at one time sold in the UK by Constrictor. If you look at photos of old Tour de France's from the 30's, 40's and very early 50's virtually all riders used these.

However, never seen one attached to a frame with a Campagnolo style rear dropout. Bit of a retrograde step I would have thought.
