Cheers for that ... Not so sure about inserting a screwdriver though ...Seen the damage that can cause on mine and jerkys Orange o2 :shock:

Yeah, go with the ones that float your boat. Maybe a nylon tire lever instead of a screwdriver. When I read about the screwdriver I got an image in my mind of some the bikes my friend who owns my LBS has to deal with.

it uses a similar tool to a tap and die for threading internally but it justs reams the tube instead of cutting a thread.cuts out alloy very quickly.

yep I can see how that would sort it pretty quickly ..... I think me first plan will to be chainset & BB off and attack it from the inside with coke etc and see if that helps?
