The more I look at it, nothing about this frame suggests a Mercian, unless it's from an earlier period - but the forks are '70s aren't they?

My first thought was Agrati but not really the same...............

Forks are 60/70's ?

ok, thank's Shaun. I can't recall seeing that fork crown on a Mercian, but it's exactly the same as on my MKM tourer. Seems quite common on many mid-priced frames of the time (?)
