I'm pretty pissed off with them right now, I bought something, it was damaged, returned the goods and got a refund but not of the postage! And they've immediately closed the case without giving me any way of saying I'm not happy!
(I think it all revolves around the fact you have to use their postage labels, but as I haven't a printer I just got on and sent it back recorded post)
