IRC Tan Walls/Diamond Back

Photo a bit crappy but look like a decent set of some type of IRC tan walls attached to a Diamond Back. Could be a cheap pair of tyres there if you flip the bike back to someone local as a rider!

Think you are right, the chainring guard disguises it somewhat! It looks like a bike bought in the ‘90s with a few accessories put in the garage and not ridden.
