They did tests recently on him and concluded he still has an engine big enough to keep in the peleton today.

That's some quality consultation, maybe Lance should have consulted Conconi too rather than using all those drugs?

That'll be the road TT version. If the UCI banned that sort of bike to keep the costs down to everyday rider, (one of the reasons they quoted) they failed.
