Exactly. Rings seem unused, that's about the only positive thing about it. These times they're worth about 100-120 EUR as a complete NOS set. The guy says buyer can disassemble it and use it as a crank-only waiting for the ccccrack!!!

Probably a gimmick promotion item, the fitting is also for a lamp we don't use anymore.
It's an old halogeen (sp?) lamp. (push in - turn.)
