ID this Frame?

Hi all, This frame is listed in the local ads and I wanted to know what it was. Pics are kind of small sorry. I initially thought Nishiki but probably not that lucky. He's claiming Specialized but I KNOW that's not right. Anyone got any clues?

Don't know the model but the fixed chain rings would point towards low end?

Looks a bit like a Townsend Warlord except for the forward bend in the lower portion of the seat tube. I believe Carerra (Halfords) also had something similar :?

The fisher montare had a bendy seat tube and an estay at one point but those parts are very low rent so I'd go for 'Crappy bike make'

Thanks guys. That's what I figured but since he listed it as a Specialized I thought that maybe it was cobbled together. Thanks for the help and reality check!

And the monostay. Also I don't think that the Warlord (with the orange/black splatter paint job) had such a high spec chainset!
