9 speed rear block.
I am looking to sell this bike on behalf of my friend who originally built it for his son. His son lives in a depression (geographically) and isn't a bike nerd like my friend and would probably prefer an e scooter, some tiktoks or tamogothchi's ?
The frame has been stripped back to bare metal and finished in matt black, there are some (maybe less than 6, i need to check) pinholes 1-2mm diameter? in the topcoat.
The bike has had a full nut n bolt rebuild with all new components (full spec to be added later) including Sram components. My friend gifted this bike to me (despite me telling him I didn't want it previously , I have an old cannondale, he later rode up to mine unannounced to give it to me. To my knowledge the 2 miles he rode it are the only miles on it since refurb. It has been stored in my shed gathering dust for a while. I told my mate before to sell it but having put his heart and soul into it and done a quick search on what MF MTB go for I think it depressed him and he couldn't face it. There are some very very very minor rub/scratch marks in 1 or 2 places which seem to be perhaps assembly marks? but if 100 is totally flawless I would assess this as 98.
This is essentially a new bike built from a Muddy Fox frame which may not please the purists but maybe someone who likes the frame tell tall signs of Muddy Fox but with modern compments.
