Thanks Blizz and Fluffy. $150 Canadian, its a little small for me but couldn't pass it up. It was a bit like the Ikea commercial..."Start the car! START THE CAR!". Blizz, you might get that one.

Re:

Am I right in understanding there isn't a way to trace RM serial numbers after the we're sold to Procycle? Not a big deal but just for reference.

Re:

I dealt with Procycles. Not very helpful. I found their I formation misleading.
What is the serial number?

Ya, I would have acted pretty fast too if I were in Ontario. When I first saw it listed for sale I got excited that it might be an old Thunderbolt. But parts kit, TIG welding and Struts suggested a 92 Blizzard.
A great deal for $150!
Mine has a serial # T9108 0xxx if that helps.

Re:

will check serial when I get home from work, just grabbed a QR from LBS at lunch. gonna take it for a spin later

Threw on a set of kevlar irc missiles I grabbed from Shutter in the dead of winter and took it for a spin. Nice ride, just one bad pedal bearing but I'll be dropping the platforms for clipless anyway. Now to decide if I keep it....
