Help with frame identification?

The heron has two rivets at the bottom side by side and one at the top.That made it easy for my machine but hard for yours.Most all badges are either top and bottom or side to side. There may be a Raleigh badge I dont know about and if there is I am sure someone on here will know but for me that makes it probably something else.I still think it has a Woodrup feel about it but time will tell

Shorelines and work around the seat cluster doesn't look like Kevin Sayles mob's work at Woodrup. Im curious now as to what the frame number might be :)

Old thread I know, but looks just like my Raleigh Competition that (scarily) was painted blue by Argos too (at the same time as a chainstay replacement)...
