Yes, 2.5cm sticking out on the non drive side. As your spindle is longer than 125mm, that distance will be longer.

Thank you to all who helped! I was able to find a 125mm spindle. I went to a very well trusted lbs and they said they have all the proper tools. Is it safe to say that with all the press-in BB on modern bikes that my frame will be in good hands?….I don't have a Klein BB toolset lying around

This were a very good read. I am actually considering changing my Cook e-types for a set of toplines on a Klein frame too...
