Help needed again this time a GT LTS 3000

Hi I have just purchased a GT LTS 3000 in need of some work so any advice will be much appreciated .
Questions
1.I intend respraying the forks so are the decals available & where from?
2.does anyone know the metallic Blue Ral number of the paint or colour code of the ?
3. are the Wheels the standard wheels fitted to the bike?
4. what year do you think the bike is .

Not much help but.... The only LTS3000 on bikepedia is 1998 and that's a black frame.

The kit looks a bit of a mish-mash so hard to tell whats original from those piccies.

I`d say its a `98.The wheels look right.I think the LTS 3000 had LX with a Sugino chainset?Looks like you have some upgraded XT bits,The rest of your bike looks ok,burn the rear mech(tourney?) with fire.Gil on here should help with graphics.

This is a 1998 for sure, as in 1997 there was no LTS 3000 (names were different: LTS-1, LTS-2 etc.) and seat tubes were straight. This looks like it has a 1997 build kit on it. Maybe leftovers from the previous years? Maybe a midseason model? Who knows... Oh, and colors are most likely not RAL ones...
